Kerry Anne MacDougall and Dawn Binns founded the Experience Specialist program in 2014 and have been passionately working to celebrate tourism and travel ever since! These small town girls do keep themselves busy; when they are not working with regions to promote tourism, they can either be found managing their own brand and marketing agency (www.insightstudiopei.com) or answering to their primary titles – Mom.
Louise Campbell
Director of Customer Relations
Louise Campbell is an enthusiastic consultant, researcher and writer who embraces every opportunity to exercise her passion for anything tourism related. She marries 25 years of progressive experience in communications and public relations with specialized training in tourism as it relates to island studies. Louise has never met a destination she didn’t love – and eagerly promotes each at every chance possible.
Fun Fact: Louise went from being oblivious to its existence to being accepted into UPEI’s Master of Arts in Island Studies within three days. Can you say whirlwind?
